This is an exciting opportunity to work with a London Borough as part of their well-establish planning team. My client are now actively seeking an experienced planning professional who could join them on an interim basis and hit the ground running. They are looking for someone who is capable of dealing with a variety of Planning Applications, Pre Apps and Associated appeals.They will need the successful candidate to be able to undertake site visits. They will also need the successful candidate to be able to discuss matters with applicants and members of the public. The successful candidate will also be required to have good written skills. They are looking for someone to join them on an initil 4 month contract, although there is scope to extend this further towards the end. They are offering 40-50/hour dependent on experience.
