Anderselite are currently working with Tier 1 contractors (working in joint venture) who are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join their MEP division. To be considered for this role you MUST have MEP or MandE experience ideally within Construction, Civils or Rail (open to other sectors and disciplines also). Location London Salary £70k to £80k + Package Experienced needed Essential: - Experience in a similar level role, responsible for the Programme co-ordination of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems, during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. - A professional qualification or degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related subject - Knowledge of the development and implementation of asset structures, planning standards, WBS and planning processes. - Competence in Primavera P6 and Tilos - Knowledge of Safety, Environment and Risk Management - Flexible with good organisation skills Desirable: - Experience of MEP Programme Management on a major rail project - Experience of Early Contractor Involvement models and NEC forms of contract - Expert knowledge of products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards - Experience of a self-assurance contract environment - Microsoft Office Packages - MS Projects - Knowledge of MandE systems and installation processes - Understanding of commissioning requirements and processes - Experience in programming MandE services packages, minimum of 5 ..... full job details .....
