The job As a Senior Project Planner, you will play a key role in supporting PMO and programme teams delivering highly complex, large-scale defence projects. You will be responsible for developing and assuring robust, fully integrated schedules that inform decision-making across project, programme, and portfolio levels. Working closely with Project and Programme Managers, you''ll act as a trusted planning partner-providing leadership, insight, and analysis to ensure alignment with contractual, commercial, and technical objectives throughout the full lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and control integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 across large, multi-workstream programmesEnsure schedules are logically linked, baselined, and compliant with best practice and governance standardsConduct critical path analysis, what-if scenario modelling, and recovery planningIdentify and manage schedule risks and opportunities, embedding mitigations into programme plansSupport bids and proposals with compliant and credible planning inputsApply Earned Value Management (EVM) ..... full job details .....
