Title: Senior Planning Engineer (MandE) Location: LondonSalary: up to 110,000 + packageA leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer with strong MandE expertise to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role across a portfolio of major projects including commercial, healthcare and mixed-use developments, typically valued up to 300m.Acting as the in-house MEP planning specialist, you will support project teams by developing and managing detailed construction programmes, ensuring MandE elements are fully integrated into the overall delivery strategy. Working closely with project, engineering and commercial teams, you will provide critical planning insight, helping to drive performance and ensure successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed construction programmes with a focus on MandE integrationProvide specialist MEP planning support across multiple projectsWork closely with site teams to ensure programmes reflect construction sequencing and methodologyMonitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesProduce programme reports and provide planning input to senior stakeholdersSupport project teams through both pre-construction and delivery phasesRequirementsStrong MandE / Building Services planning experienceExtensive site-based experience within a UK main contracting environmentProven track record working on major construction projectsStrong understanding of ..... full job details .....
