This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner who is looking to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for managing a team of four Planners and overseeing the day-to-day planning function, working with a well-established organisation in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting a team of 4 Planners

   

• Overseeing the day-to-day planning and scheduling function

   

• Allocating and prioritising workloads across the team

   

• Ensuring repairs and maintenance jobs are scheduled efficiently

   

• Monitoring workloads and outstanding jobs

   

• Managing operative diaries and appointments

   

• Liaising with operatives, subcontractors, customers and internal teams

   

• Ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales

   

• Dealing with escalated queries and resolving issues

   

• Supporting the team with complex planning requirements

   

• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems

   

• Identifying improvements to planning processes

   

• Providing guidance and support to the planning team

   

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Planner, Repairs Planner or similar role

   

• Strong organisational and time management skills

   

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

   

• Confident managing workloads and prioritising competing demands

   

• Good knowledge of planning systems and Microsoft Office

   

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

   

• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail

   

• Confident working as part of a team and supporting colleagues

   

• A willingness to take on management responsibility and develop within the role
