Our Client is the UK''s leading learning disability charity, working to support people with a learning disability and their families, and to build a more inclusive society. With fantastic new leadership and new investment in high value fundraising, the charity is now looking to appoint a Senior Philanthropy Manager and Prospectus is leading the search. Senior Philanthropy Manager Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (flexible working available) London / Hybrid (1 day per week in the office, plus travel as needed) £55,000 The Senior Philanthropy Manager will play a leading role in shaping the future of philanthropy at the charity. Working alongside the High Value Relationships Lead, you''ll lead the continued growth of the Philanthropy programme, developing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and securing major gifts to help deliver the charity''s fundraising ambitions. As well as working closely with a new Prospect Development Manager to build and manage your own portfolio and pipeline, you''ll also line manage the Philanthropy Manager, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and support, while driving strong portfolio management, income forecasting and cross-organisational collaboration to develop compelling funding propositions.
