This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced major donor fundraiser to play a key role in growing philanthropic income and supporter engagement. Working closely with the Philanthropy Lead, you will manage a portfolio of major donors and high-value supporters, develop a strong pipeline of new prospects, secure significant gifts, and provide exceptional stewardship to help supporters maximise their impact. You will also lead the development of a mid-value programme and line manage the Philanthropy and Partnerships Officer, supporting their ongoing development and success.
