We are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of a leading Manchester based organisation.Your Role:As a Senior HR Business Partner, your main duties will be: To provide advice, support and guidance to line managers and staff on people policies and procedures to ensure current legislation and best practice are complied withTo provide expert advice across the full suite of employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievance, health capability and performance managementSupport Team Managers with investigating disciplinaries and grievancesCarry out standalone ER case work on complex cases and providing relevant advice to team managersTo act as the People Team representative in hearings to ensure appropriate advice is provided and people policy and procedures are adhered toLiaise with senior leaders on complex ER cases and attend directorate meetings where appropriate and share key messages with the operational teamsTo promote and role model organisation valuesTo ..... full job details .....
