Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering expert HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Lead and support organisational change initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.

Profile

A successful Senior People Partner Corporate should have:

• Proven experience in a strategic HR partnering role within the retail or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Adept at managing change and driving organisational development initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in coaching and developing managers to enhance their performance.

Job Offer

• Salary of -65,000 plus Car or Car Allowance, dependent on the level of experience.
