People Partner - 6 Month FTC, Salary: £43,920 - £54,160 pro rata 6-month fixed-term contract Hybrid / Flexible Location Derby focus Are you an experienced People Partner / HR Business Partner who can combine strong operational HR expertise with the confidence to influence, coach and challenge leaders? We''re recruiting a People Partner to join an established, values-led charity for six months at an important time for its People function. This is a broad, hands-on role where you''ll partner with leaders across the organisation, provide expert advice on complex people matters and help create additional capacity within a busy People team. Alongside managing day-to-day priorities, you''ll have the opportunity to help improve processes, systems and ways of working. You''ll have a particular focus on supporting the Derby service, while working alongside two existing People Partners to provide support across the charity''s wider services. There is flexibility around where you are based, provided you are comfortable travelling to services when required. This will include regular travel to Derby and attendance at the Wimbledon office approximately once every couple of weeks to connect with the wider People team. Is this the role for you?
