Senior People Partner

We''re looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join a highly regarded, people focused organisation, in the heart of Bristol, at an exciting point in its development. This is a hybrid role. This is a genuinely broad and influential role, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to help shape people plans, navigate change and build high performing, inclusive teams. You''ll operate as a trusted adviser rather than simply responding to HR issues. That means understanding what the business is trying to achieve, identifying the people implications and helping leaders make commercially sound, pragmatic and well informed decisions. The Role As Senior People Partner, you''ll work closely with senior stakeholders across a number of business areas, combining strategic partnering with hands-on involvement in more complex people matters. You''ll have the opportunity to: Partner with senior leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into practical, commercially focused people plans. Lead and support strategic people projects and wider organisational initiatives. Advise on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, balancing commercial considerations, employment law and the employee experience. Play a key role in organisational change, including team design, consultation and implementation. Coach and challenge leaders, helping them become more confident and effective people managers.
