An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a busy People Services team as a People Partner.Working closely with managers and leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert advice and support on a broad range of employee relations and workforce matters. You will manage a varied caseload of complex HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance management and organisational change programmes.The successful candidate will also:Partner with managers to identify workforce trends and develop practical solutions.Lead and support change initiatives, restructures and consultation processes.Coach and influence managers to build people management capability.Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.Support equality, diversity and inclusion objectives across the organisation.Deliver training ..... full job details .....
