Senior Payroll Technician - team leadership and hands-on work with clients - Daventry - to £40,000 We are delighted to be partnering again with our established, local client on the recruitment of a Senior Payroll Technician. You will be joining a supportive and friendly team, with the possibility of career growth to a management position over time. As the Senior Payroll Technician your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining all payroll software to ensure legislative compliance. Developing, maintaining, optimising and deploying suitable payroll processes and controls. Ensuring all staff involved in payroll complete suitable technical training to maintain and progress technical expertise. Delivering client payroll with accuracy. Delivering client payrolls on time. Awareness of GDPR requirements. Delegation of payroll tasks to other team members where appropriate. Oversight and approval of payrolls prepared by other staff members.
