Senior Paid Media Executive
to help scale bold, high-growth DTC clients across paid search and paid social channels.You’ll work closely with Paid Media Managers to build and optimise campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn , with a focus on delivering results for ambitious direct-to-consumer brands. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, creative input, and plenty of room to grow.What You’ll Be Doing
Support in planning, executing, and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta,
TikTok , and moreHelp shape performance strategies for DTC brands in lifestyle, fashion, health, and wellness sectorsConduct audience research, creative testing, and conversion optimisationMonitor performance and provide regular insights and recommendationsCollaborate with creative and data teams to align messaging and targetingManage parts of client communication and reportingWhat You’ll Need
1.5–3 years’ experience in a Paid Media role (agency or in-house)Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally
TikTok AdsInterest in DTC marketing and eCommerce funnelsData-savvy with knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and UTM trackingStrong attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to growLondon-based or able to commute 2x per week (hybrid model)Hybrid working (2 days in the London office)Clear progression path and mentorship from senior teamTraining budget, wellness perks, and regular socialsWork with some of the UK’s most exciting DTC brandsEmployment details
