We have a new opportunity for a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Cardiff team in our new City Centre Office.Cardiff is a vibrant, creative city with a rich cultural heritage and ambitious growth plans, aiming to become a carbon-neutral city.You will join a talented, diverse team of designers, engineers, and specialists with a collaborative culture. Our team handles large-scale national and international projects, offering opportunities for growth and career progression.As a Senior or Principal Engineer, you will support and deliver electrical designs for various projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-standard solutions, secure repeat business, and develop team members.Your responsibilities include:Managing the technical delivery of electrical design services for multiple projects.Developing initial strategic concepts ensuring compliance with standards.Engaging with stakeholders and communicating project briefs effectively.Monitoring project budgets, resources, and deliverables.Mentoring and supporting junior team members.About you
