This role involves delivering high-standard design solutions across various projects, supporting and developing a team of engineers and consultants, and contributing to our reputation for outstanding design in Bristol and beyond.Key responsibilities include:Leading the technical delivery of electrical design services for multi-disciplinary projects.Developing initial project concepts ensuring compliance with standards.Engaging with stakeholders and participating in project meetings.Monitoring project budgets and resources.Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development.About youYou should have:Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role with a track record in complex projects.Experience with BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, Relux.Experience working with clients, contractors, and architects.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.Experience mentoring and supporting team ..... full job details .....
