General Manager – Milton Keynes (3PL/Logistics)Our client is looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead operations at their Milton Keynes site, driving performance across warehouse and transport functions while building a strong, stable culture within the team.

Key responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations, including warehouse, picking and packing, and transport distribution.

Manage and develop a team of approximately 40 staff across a 24/7 operation.

Build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery.

Manage site budgets, costs, and resources effectively to achieve agreed financial targets.

Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cultural stability at the site.

Balance hands-on leadership with strategic planning and commercial responsibility.

The successful candidate will bring:

Experience in logistics, 3PL, or distribution.

Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and developing teams.

Expertise in warehouse and transport operations, with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence clients and colleagues at all levels.

Client-facing experience with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Flexibility to work on-site in Milton Keynes.
