It is designed to:Support the Head of the Sensitivity Review Service by overseeing the delivery of their strategic vision.Strengthen the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by offering additional capacity, resilience, and coaching.Enable the SLT to focus on strategic outcomes beyond day-to-day customer delivery.Foster a culture of alignment across the service against wider corporate objectives.Skills and Experience
