Go-To-Market-Strategy: Own and define the online category and brand growth strategy by identifying WHERE to play (key retailers), WHAT to prioritize (hero products and assortment), WHEN to activate (key retail moments calendar) and HOW to win (defining activation strategies and tactics).Strategic Impact and Team Contribution: As a senior leader within the team, identify, own, and deliver workstreams and projects designed to drive significant improvements across the team, the wider business unit, or the entire division. Actively contribute to divisional meetings, leveraging expertise to foster improved outcomes.Brand and Category Strategic Oversight: Shape marketing and go-to-market strategies for the brand and categories; own and manage conversations related to category arbitration where required, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal results.End-to-End Execution: Orchestrate the flawless execution of online activation plans, including spearheading new product launches online. Maximize key retailer moments by collaborating with internal teams; deliver hero product selections and optimized assortments; secure and align resources and budgets behind strategies.Performance Management: Monitor and analyse performance data, benchmark against the competition, and deliver actionable insights on initiatives such as launches, retailer moments, and hero product and assortment performance.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Retail Media (+Events), Marketing, and Commercial teams to align paid media and on-site investments with activation moments, hero product strategies, and new product launches.Content Optimisation: Develop an understanding of best-in-class PDP content and establish a content roadmap to improve key KPIs. Brief and approve assets for retailer activations, monitor online PDP health to inform ongoing optimization.Who You Are

Digitally Adept: 7+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, and online core competencies; eager to grow in a challenging environment.Strategic and Analytical: Highly analytical and strategic, passionate about driving online growth in the beauty industry.Data-Driven: Able to extract actionable insights and adapt strategies to maximize impact.Experienced and Results-Oriented: Experienced in go-to-market strategies, performance management, and content optimization to achieve growth targets; knowledge of online product launches within beauty.Communicative and Collaborative: Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; excels at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.Proactive and Innovative: Ownership mindset; forward-thinking innovator in the digital marketplace.Leadership and Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to identify and lead strategic projects and shape brand and category go-to-market strategies.What We Offer
