Online Brand Manager - CPD. Are you a digitally savvy, data-driven strategist with a passion for beauty and a proven track record in e-commerce? We''re seeking an experienced and results-oriented leader to spearhead our online growth strategy, from ideation to execution. Go-To-Market-Strategy: Own and define the online category and brand growth strategy by identifying WHERE to play (key retailers), WHAT to prioritize (hero products and assortment), WHEN to activate (key retail moments calendar) and HOW to win (defining activation strategies and tactics).End-to-End Execution: Orchestrate the flawless execution of all online activation plans, ensure alignment with the overarching strategy, lead impactful new product launches online, maximize retailer moments by collaborating with internal teams, deliver hero product selections and optimized assortment strategies, and secure resources and budgets to support the strategy.Performance Management: Monitor and analyse performance data, benchmark against the competition, and deliver actionable insights on key initiatives including new product launches, key retailer moments, and hero product and assortment performance.Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion collaboration with Retail Media (+Events), Marketing, and Commercial teams to align paid media and on-site investments with activation moments, hero product strategies, optimized assortments, and new product launches.Content Optimisation: Develop an understanding of best-in-class PDP content and establish a content roadmap to improve key KPIs. Brief and approve assets for retailer activations, ensure alignment with marketing best practices, and monitor the health of online PDPs to inform ongoing optimization.Who You Are

Digitally Adept:

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and related online competencies. Eager to leverage your skills in a challenging environment and grow with high-calibre colleagues.Strategic and Analytical:

Analytical and strategic thinker, passionate about driving online growth within the beauty industry, with a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics.Data-Driven:

Data-driven decision-maker, adept at extracting actionable insights and adapting strategies to maximize impact.Experienced and Results-Oriented:

Experienced in developing and executing winning go-to-market strategies, managing performance, and optimizing content to achieve growth targets; strong knowledge of online product launches and the beauty landscape.Communicative and Collaborative:

Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; excels at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.Proactive and Innovative:
