Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Our Client is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team in Northumberland.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday, with 2 days working onsite and 3 days remotely per week.

• Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers

• Managing case management referrals

• Conducting and signing off health surveillance work from Occupational health technician

• Providing workplace health, rehabilitation and wellbeing advice

• Supporting managers with advice around employee health and fitness for work

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high clinical standards

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Occupational Health experience

• Experience in case management

• Experience in health surveillance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider Occupational Health team

• A proactive approach to employee health and wellbeing
