Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Our Client is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team in Northumberland.The role is full time, Monday-Friday, with 2 days working onsite and 3 days remotely per week.The Job Role Includes:Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managersManaging case management referrals Conducting and signing off health surveillance work from Occupational health technician Providing workplace health, rehabilitation and wellbeing adviceSupporting managers with advice around employee health and fitness for workMaintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high clinical standardsExperience / Skills Required:NMC Registered NurseOccupational Health experienceExperience in case managementExperience in health surveillanceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a wider Occupational Health teamA proactive approach to employee health and wellbeing If you''re interested in this opportunity, please don''t hesitate to get in touch and we would be more than happy to provide further details and the full job description. ..... full job details .....
