Compassionate leave and support, Smart Hive — our benefits platform offering discounts at various places!Key Responsibilities as a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees:Be the third in charge at the nursery, working closely with the management team.As a keyworker, ensure each child''s needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting staff.Encourage and celebrate children''s development and achievements while guiding, coaching, and managing our practitioners.Most importantly… have FUN!Qualifications and Experience:To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.Why choose Busy Bees?A career at Busy Bees is exciting, dynamic, and ever-evolving.
