Passion for Early Years Education:

Genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.Knowledge of EYFS:

Solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.Qualified and Experienced:

A Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).Build Strong Relationships:

Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.Team Player:
