Interpreting trends and performance from these pillars to represent our journey towards lasting growth for our clients.We are looking for a Senior Media Strategist who will work with and support the growth of a talented team of growth marketers. This role is equal parts research and insight development as well as strategic client partnership. DEPT are constantly adapting and evolving, and this person will be part of a cross collaborative team who are located across market and locations. This person will join us as a key member of our strategy offering; working with multiple stakeholders and teams to provide quality, data based strategies to our clients while also helping to guide larger cross functional teams on their ongoing optimisations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate influential and powerful strategies for our clients, ensuring that we continue to be push them to be the most advanced, efficient and effective brands in the fields they operate withinCollaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and industry landscapeTranslate insights derived from data into a clear story to convince the clientDevelop innovative and data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with client objectivesLeverage a deep understanding of marketing, technology, and innovation to create comprehensive plans that drive measurable resultsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal execution of campaigns and projectsHave experience in developing insights from internal (such as Google Analytics and Meta) and external (such as GWI and eMarketer) data toolsPulling together research insights from Competitive data (Pathmatics, Vivvix, Similarweb), Audience Research (GWI), Landscape insights (eMarketer, business journals), Client Data (GA, CM, META etc) and 1P dataDeveloping and contributing to full funnel media and data driven strategies based on research insights.Support the creation of holistic communication plans and media strategies; from setting objectives and KPIs, audience sizing, profiling, targeting, determining media channel mix and potential tactics/partners, budget setting to measurement frameworksClosely partner and collaborate with internal teams such as Client Services, Creatives, Tech and others when creating and executing holistic media campaignsWork along a range of cross-discipline teams both within the agency and client’s team alike, building a collaborative and trusting relationship along the wayWork closely with Clients and their internal teams to develop extensive briefsStrong communication and presentation skills and able to contribute to a client presentation confidently on their ownWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORSolid, hands-on experience in cross-channel media planning and optimisation including all digital channels with a lead toward Paid SocialSolid experience with media industry research and planning tools (i.e. ComScore, MRI, GWI, Kantar, Pathmatics)Experience planning Paid media channels within a larger media ecosystem that includes Owned channelsClient facing experience and management experienceUnderstanding of Brand and Performance mediaStrong collaboration, client relationship, and leadership skillsExperience navigating cross-functional teams and dynamicsWE OFFERA flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days from the office, depending on location).An excellent salary based on experience and equal pay policiesPension, free private healthcare, mental health support, and company sick pay scheme.Refreshments are provided in the office all week, as well as drinks at 4 pm on a Thursday.Help getting you to work with a season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme.Enhanced family friendly policies to support new parents.Social and Cultural Events, plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues through organised activities and celebrations.Inspirational Talks, bringing the outside in with regular guest speakers and events.Learning and Development, supporting your growth with continuous opportunities to learn and advance.Buddy Programme: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT.A reputation for doing good.
