The Role

Account leadership: Act as the primary account lead for several of Formula E’s key broadcasters and editorial partners, developing close working relationships and managing all day-to-day aspects of partnerships.

Broadcast strategy and delivery: Manage race broadcast schedules, plans and host broadcaster representatives on-site at races and other key activations.

Commercial and rights support: Support the Media team’s distribution and commercialisation remit, participate in contract renewal discussions, and play an active role in rights sales processes within assigned territories.

Partner onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new and existing broadcast partners for the next media rights cycle, providing hands-on training around Formula E’s future media products and broadcast tools.

Content distribution: Support the wider team in distributing Formula E’s content and programming portfolio to new and existing broadcasters and platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with Formula E’s internal Business Intelligence, Marketing and Brand, Commercial and Partnerships teams to deliver maximum impact

What we''re looking for in you

Industry experience: Strong experience ideally at a broadcaster, media outlet, rightsholder or agency.

Client relationship management: Proven track record of successful client relationships and strategic account management.

Global exposure: Experience of working across multiple international markets outside of the UK.

Broadcast expertise: In-depth understanding of broadcast media rights and the global sports broadcasting landscape.

Digital knowledge: Understanding of conventional and digital media platforms and their role in the modern marketing mix, particularly with multinational and global brands.
