Senior Mechnanical Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major fit-out project in Central London. This contract opportunity is suited to a proven mechanical engineering professional with a strong background in project management, commercial fit-out and data centre environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of the project lifecycle from inception through to completionTake overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, quality, health and safety, and client satisfactionCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholdersManage project budgets, forecasting and commercial performanceDrive progress while ensuring mechanical works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standardsLead project meetings and provide clear updates on programme, commercial and operational performanceEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and project proceduresJob Requirements:Significant experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager or in an equivalent mechanical project management roleProven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects from start to finishExperience delivering commercial fit-out and/or data centre projectsStrong mechanical engineering and building services knowledgeSound commercial awareness and understanding of project financial managementExcellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage ..... full job details .....
