As a Senior Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring vehicles meet the highest standards of performance and functionality. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing complex issues, performing advanced repairs, and mentoring junior mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults on a variety of vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Lead and supervise a small team of mechanics, providing guidance and technical support.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years'' experience as a Mechanic, with a focus on complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A valid driving license and a clean driving record.
