Senior Marketing Operations ExecutiveAbout the Role

This role will supportthe Fanatics InternationalMarketingand Studioteamthrough establishing strong planning and organisation processes. Reporting into the Vice-President Marketing and working across the Marketing organisation, our new Senior Marketing Operations Executive will ensure our marketing team is organised planned and operating within budgets.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee, manage and execute against overall projects and maintain project list and proactively communicate statusImprove current processes and coordinateorganisational procedures foroptimised efficiency and productivitySupport International Marketing team in management of Marketing Activation calendarOrganisation of team milestones/meetings,town halls and newslettersProvides proactive and clear communication on behalf of operations to widermarketing team and senior leadershipAct as the office liaison with various internal and external parties to ensure one source of information and ensure information is communicated to all relevant partiesManage Marketing and Studio budget tracking and work with Finance business partners to support overall cost management and analysis.Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner per contract payment scheduleSupport planning and coordination efforts for key leadership visits, team summits, external visits and be a key partner to leadership team when activations occurOversee Culture Marketing office spaces and storage areas and work closely in coordination with Workplaces, Health and Safety and Security to ensure space considerations are met and office is running efficientlyKey RelationshipsMarketing Brand Activation,Fanatics Studio,Product Design,Finance,President’s Office

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Diligent with excellent organisational skillsAbility toprioritise and oversee multiple projects in a fast-pace environmentDriven to succeed and deliver against expectationsProject management skills and an ability to work well in a team environmentUnderstanding of and passion for fashion/streetwear/sport preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both alone and as part of a teamProficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)Fluent English, additional languages are very usefulRequisite Education And Experience / Minimum QualificationsUniversity degreeor equivalentAt least6 years ofcareerwork experience in related area (agency or company)Experience working in an international environmentand/or an additional languageis an asset.Job Info
