Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing segments, including pricing, product positioning, and promotional tacticsPartner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities aligned with business goalsLead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and portfolio optimization initiatives in collaboration with integrated marketing and demand generation teamsCreate and manage project tools -charters, roadmaps, risk assessments, and scorecards—to track progress and impactProduce strategic marketing assets such as battlecards, solution guides, and persona-driven resources to support sales and market engagementConduct market research using tools like PowerBI and Nielsen to uncover new opportunities and inform segmentation strategiesDrive cross-functional collaboration across regional teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiativesBuild and scale regional strategic marketing capabilities in key product and program areasLead the execution of the UKI country marketing plan, ensuring local relevance and impactRepresent UKI marketing needs on Regional and Global Committees to align strategies with local business prioritiesQualifications and Skills

Proven experience in strategic marketing, go-to-market planning, and ABM executionStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaborationExpertise in market research, segmentation, and data-driven decision-makingProficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Nielsen, CRM systems)Exceptional project management and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentExperience in B2B marketing and portfolio strategy is a plusSeniority level
