Mastering the on-board energy system, the company designs and provides modular, innovative and optimised architectures and solutions.Your Role:Join Safran Electrical and Power as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in developing and optimising aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) processes. Acting as a senior technical expert, you will drive improvements in turnaround time, quality, cost, delivery performance and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.Working closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams, you''ll lead continuous improvement initiatives, introduce innovative technologies, and drive changes to equipment, tooling, processes and repair methods to maximise productivity and site capability.Key responsibilities:Provide technical leadership for MRO processes, complex repairs and test-related issues.Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality, turnaround time and cost ..... full job details .....
