Electrical Manufacturing EngineerCwmbran, South WalesPermanent Full Time 36k with progression opportunities Reporting to the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing products via physical and analytical tools and techniques to enable products to be manufactured in-line with the Company''s production methods and targets. Main tasks of the job / key result areas:Manage and deliver electrical certification programmes as per agreed schedules.Responsible for reviewing documents such as Engineering Process Specification''s (EPS), ATP''s PQS etc.Analyse and Review of the Acceptance Test Plans/ReportsAttend and participate in Design Verification Testing which is required on FAI seatsPrepare and conduct development testing.Liaise with Electrical equipment suppliers to obtain specifications and their data to support the programme.Attend and participate in programme related PDR, CDR and FAI events.To communicate effectively and professionally with customers and suppliers.To liaise with engineering departments to enable the development of electrical systems within the projects undertaken by the department.To participate in Design Reviews throughout each phase of the New Product Introduction process. Ensure that all necessary follow up actions are taken.Generate and/or revise specifications such as Production Operating StandardsCheck engineering packages and where possible, to gain Authorized Signatory status for their area of expertise.Train Technicians in ..... full job details .....
