Senior Manufacturing Engineer

or

Senior Production Engineer

to scale manufacturing operations to meet global demand as the business grows. This is a varied and busy role, supporting and improving processes across NPI, continuous and process improvement, MRP optimisation and implementation, and day-to-day BAU production problem solving.

will need the following experience and skills:

A background in mechanical engineering discipline with relevant practical experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-changing environment under pressure

Skills, experience, and expertise in supporting new and existing production lines

Adaptability to accept new changes in production engineering

Ability to identify problems and resolve them quickly

Results-oriented with commercial awareness

Strong communication skills to liaise with multiple departments, including engineering

Proficiency with IT systems and a good level of PC literacy, including advanced Excel skills

Experience with an MRP system is essential; experience with NAV or Factory Master is advantageous but not essential

Our client offers a competitive salary of up to GBP55,000pa plus benefits, including a company contributory pension, private healthcare, death in service insurance, 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays.
