Manufacturing Engineer

If you''re hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about precision, this is your chance to make a real difference in a fast-moving technical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement post-processing sequences including support removal, surface finishing, heat treatment, and coating.Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) to optimise and validate manufacturing steps.Create detailed work instructions and documentation to ensure repeatability and quality.Analyse manufacturing data to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Collaborate with internal teams to transition prototype processes into scalable production.Support audits and technical reviews with comprehensive validation data.RequirementsEssential:Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.1 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.Proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies.Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX).Knowledge of GDandT, measurement systems, and quality control.Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies.Desirable:Advanced degree in engineering or materials science.Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing.Industry knowledge in ..... full job details .....
