MandE Quantity Surveyor Location: Central LondonSalary: £85,000 £120,000 + Excellent BenefitsOverview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced MandE Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established MandE contractor delivering major projects across Central London.The successful candidate will work on high-value data centre, commercial, and life science projects, ranging from £20m to £50m in overall project value.Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the company is looking to appoint multiple MandE Quantity Surveyors, from intermediate through to Senior level. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with long-term career prospects and exposure to some of the most technically demanding projects in the sector.Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and financial aspects of MandE packages across major construction projects.Prepare, manage, and review valuations, variations, applications, and payments.Manage subcontractor accounts and ensure commercial performance is maintained.Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.Review and negotiate subcontractor packages and procurement strategies.Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and manage monthly commercial reports.Assess variations, change control, and potential additional costs.Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Contracts Managers, and site teams.Ensure contractual obligations and commercial ..... full job details .....
