They provide complete MEP services from pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and handover, working on complex and high-value projects in sectors including commercial, residential, life sciences, healthcare, education and data centres.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a prestigious project, working alongside a highly experienced project and commercial team.My client has an extremely talented building services team with whom you will be able to thrive and bounce off.Role:They are currently seeking a Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor who will take on commercial responsibility for one of the more major commercial cut and carve schemes, with the MEP value at 20 million. This project is due to start imminently. Working closely with the senior commercial manager and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably whilst maintaining strong client relationships and managing the subcontractor.
