What do you become part ofYou will join CCEP''s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and lead our employer brand and talent attraction strategy across Europe and Asia Pacific. You will help shape how CCEP shows up to the talent we need now and in the future, working closely with Talent Acquisition, People and Culture, Communications and our local markets. What will you do Define and lead CCEP''s global employer brand and talent attraction strategy, aligned to our workforce priorities, future skills and business needs.Own the full talent attraction funnel, including media strategy, agency partnerships, CRM, campaigns and channel performance, with accountability for improving engagement, conversion and the diversity and quality of talent pipelines.Shape the end-to-end candidate experience across our careers ecosystem, including personalisation, search and generative engine optimisation, talent communities and candidate journey design.Proactively manage CCEP''s employer reputation across markets, lead our Top Employers programme and other external recognition, and ..... full job details .....
