Following sustained business growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Manager or Senior Manager to lead client relationships, deliver complex advisory, and mentor a growing team. Key Responsibilities Advisory and Planning: Deliver high-level estate and tax planning advice across IHT, CGT, APR, and BPR, as well as complex trust formations, restructurings, and reorganisations. Compliance and Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse client portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery of annual trust accounts and tax returns. Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and managing day-to-day workflow. Strategic and Commercial Oversight: Handle portfolio billing and financial management, while proactively identifying strategic advisory opportunities for clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal tax, legal, and private client specialists, as well as external solicitors and professional partners.
