International Compensation Senior ManagerAre you ready to shape compensation strategy at an international scale? We’re looking for an International Compensation Senior Manager to join our client’s Compensation team. In this high-impact role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, delivering data-driven insights and helping ensure compensation practices are competitive, consistent, and equitable across international regions.The role comes with benefits, and hybrid ways of working in London. Advise global HR, Finance, and Business leaders on compensation design and executionLead global benchmarking, salary range reviews, and complex market analysisEnsure internal equity and global consistency in compensation decisionsSupport senior-level offers and annual review cyclesDrive key global compensation projects and continuous improvementsQualifications

8+ years of progressive compensation experience in-house or in consultingStrong analytical mindset and ability to work with ambiguityExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (think-cell a plus)Confident communicator with strong influencing skills across all levelsExperience in executive compensation and international structuresAdditional Information
