We are searching for a

Senior Manager / Associate Director

to join our

Client Advisory Team

- our commercial front line.This is more than a sales role. You''ll be:Advising senior client executives on their carbon strategies.Designing bespoke carbon solutions that make real-world impact.Fostering new and lasting relationships with global brands who want to lead in climate action.Driving growth in a fast-paced, ambitious start-up where your voice is truly heard.Getting stuck into every part of the business including the carbon projects themselves.Supporting the evolution of our go-to-market strategy and product design.About You

5-8 years'' experience in

business development

or

client advisory .Track record in

working directly with senior management / C-suite .Deep

passion for sustainability , with knowledge of carbon markets a plus.Familiarity with

financial products
