Senior Logistics Coordinator Location: Northampton Job Type: Full-time Working Arrangement: Hybrid Join a growing logistics and fulfilment business as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics, fulfilment, customer service, or account coordination who enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Day-to-day of the role: Acting as the first point of escalation and resolving client issues efficiently and professionally Identifying root cause of issue and implementing preventative measures Monitoring service delivery across multiple accounts Providing weekly operational KPIs to clients Analysing service data and client feedback Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members and clients Developing and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, client operations or other client-facing role Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using bespoke systems, CRM and ticketing systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment Experience in identifying and implementing process improvementsCollaborative team player with a client-centric approach Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-related bonus opportunity.
