Management of a portfolio of properties relating to one or two branchesWork with the branch to prepare properties for new tenanciesSupervise tenants maintenance requestsEnsure properties meet their regulatory and statutory requirementsVisit properties at least twice a yearOversee refurbishment and other larger worksNegotiate the swift return of depositsDeliver excellent customer service and communicationBuild trusted relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants and contractorsRewards and Benefits
