KFandH is looking for a Regional Team Leader to join our Lettings Management team in Wimbledon. We are London’s largest property services group, part of the Lomond group, delivering a range of services including sales, lettings, block management, survey, and financial services. As a Regional Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of property managers to ensure the properties under their care meet all legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding customer service.Responsibilities

Manage team performance through regular reviews and coachingOversee compliance, inspections, and maintenance authorisationsSupport with complaints, SARs, and high-value worksDrive KPI achievement and motivate your team to exceed targetsCollaborate across departments to implement new processes and initiativesQualifications and requirements
