We''re recruiting for an ambitious Senior Lettings Manager to join a well-established property business in Crawley, leading and developing a successful lettings operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who enjoys working in a target-driven environment, building strong relationships and developing a team, while having the autonomy to grow their own business and increase market share. The Role As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will: Lead, motivate and develop a team through regular coaching and performance management Generate new business and identify opportunities to grow market share Conduct valuations and convert instructions into successful lets Advise landlords on rental values and current market conditions Manage the profitability and commercial performance of the lettings business Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local contacts Ensure an excellent level of customer service throughout the lettings process Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business Senior Lettings Manager Requirements To be considered for this Senior Lettings Manager role, you should have: Previous experience in a lettings management or senior lettings position A strong track record of ..... full job details .....
