Conducting property viewings and providing an excellent experience for prospective tenants. Prospecting lettings data to identify potential new landlord opportunities and converting these into new business. Senior Lettings Negotiator Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, applicants and local contacts. Handing new instructions over to referencing and property management teams, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent communication throughout. Creating engaging social media content around new property instructions, let agreed properties, local activity and success stories.
