This is a unique opportunity to work for a recognized brand on top privacy matters across the wider business.They are looking to add a dynamic lawyer to their Privacy team within the Legal function. You will support the wider Group on important privacy projects.You can expect close collaboration with the business, a diverse and high-profile workload, and a need to be curious. Building relationships, prioritizing workloads on key privacy risks, and providing practical, risk-based advice is essential.This is a senior privacy role for experienced candidates reporting to the Head of Privacy.Responsibilities:Providing privacy advice to stakeholders and business functions (including people, technology, marketing, security, customer, and operations teams);Offering expertise on PIAs, supporting complex data requests, overseeing high-risk personal data incidents, and leading challenging regulatory complaints and investigations;Leading on high-profile data privacy projects aligned with customer and colleague transformation strategies;Developing less experienced team members and providing guidance;Supporting the Head of Privacy in governance and reporting forums, including risk, privacy, and audit committees.Requirements:5-10 PQE, ideally qualified in EandW, with in-house or top city law firm experience;Strong understanding of data privacy laws and their ..... full job details .....
