Senior Land Manager

House builder urgently require a Senior Land Manager to join their busy team.The role will be to identify and and bid for sites between 60 - 300 units.Sites can be off market, through contact or agents and can be completed quickly providing they meet the hurdle rates.The successful candidate will be experienced in that they can analyse sites, prepare quality bids and run these sites through the front end to build.The company concerned have an appetite for deals and are looking for an active Senior Land Manager who can turn a bid into a successful deal.
