Senior Land Referencer

The Team and Focus of the Role We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Land Referencer to come and join our rapidly expanding Land Referencing team in our Infrastructure Services division. This role is pivotal in assisting to expand the knowledge and experience we currently have in the team, to meet the increasing needs of our clients. You could be a Land Referencer currently and looking for a step-up, or you could already be a Senior Land Referencer who is looking for a new and fresh challenge, as well as the opportunity to develop and support a newly created team. We have been providing land referencing services for projects large and small for over 20 years and are now looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our new standalone team of Land Referencers. The team will be working on major projects alongside other smaller land referencing projects with a unified approach and working practice. Working closely with the project delivery and GIS teams, our land referencing team is key to the consistent and proven delivery of diligent land referencing to support DCO s/CPOs or TWAOS. This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based in our Birmingham office within our hybrid working policy.
