A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our growing technical delivery team for an experienced and motivated IT Support Engineer. The individual will represent us by providing IT support and project delivery for customers based in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and West London as well as in house and remote projects.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of technical skills coupled with great communication and customer support experience. The role is based on site at our major customers and also within our head office located in Windsor, Berkshire. The ideal candidate will be located somewhere in the East Berkshire area. A driving license and access to your own transport is required – a generous mileage allowance is paid for business travel. All candidates will be required to be DBS enhanced security checked.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technical expert to gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and work within a fast-paced environment with the full support of our consultancy that has over 20 years\'' experience in IT service delivery.
We seek an individual with at least 5 years of customer-facing experience in almost any sector. Technically, you will need a minimum of two years\'' experience in a commercial IT support/projects role and ideally a degree or technical qualification in a relevant field. Candidates with recent Microsoft technical qualifications will be highly regarded.
