Senior IT Business Systems Analyst

Our established client is currently looking to recruit a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst on a permanent basis.
  
Your main duties as part of this role will be support the business and its stakeholders to solve problems and create efficiencies using technology in order to make systems operate faster, maximise data, work with greater functionality and enhanced security.

Typical tasks will include analysing systems including gathering requirements and specifications, being a subject matter expert for your technology application / systems area, identify and create roadmap for improvements, leading projects, implementing any changes directly or managing external partners to enhance offering and solving business problems.

As well as systems you will also offer process improvement opportunities so system user maximise their products and work efficiently. 

You will have experience and skills in some of the following areas:

• Business Analysis / Business Analyst
• Systems Analysis / System Analyst
• SQL Databases
• Business Applications \ Software
• Running your own projects and managing projects.
• Stakeholder engagements
• Requirement gathering, roadmaps and process maps
• Understanding of data, security and systems
• Ideally some automation experience such as Power Apps or Power Automate or a willingness to learn in this space
• Documentation
• Experience with Microsoft Data and AI would also be beneficial.  
• Certifications in Business Analysts, Project Management, M365, Data or SQL are highly desirable.
